Confinement Details: OB-006 is kept in a large concrete room with a one foot steel door entrance. OB-006 must be given a host bi weekly to observe for any changes in behavior, changes must be further tested on by scientific personnel.

Description: OB-006 was first descovered in an abandoned house in ██████, Florida, after nurmous disappearances of residents who lived in the home, drew the attention of Field Agent ██████. OB-006 is a filthy, queen sized mattress of unknown origin. OB-006 is mostly covered in brown and black liquid of tar consistency. OB-006 can be seen with many limbs and human body parts around it, this changes frequently. Hands, eyes, feet, lips, and hair are most commonly seen on OB-006. OB-006 will latch onto and slowly absorb anything that is laid on it, multiple tests with live test subjects what seen no increase in human body parts around. Many researchers hypothesize that this is a dimensional anomoly to where subjects abosorb by OB-006 are still alive but in some alternate dimension, however this has yet to be proven with no evidence to back this up. All subjects that have been absorbed by OB-003 are to be presumed dead until further testing.
